Say hello to Little Redwing Backbird! The actual quilt (fabric) block is an original design from Karen Walker of Laugh Yourself Into Stitches with the same name. I love that her vision worked as nicely with wood as it did in fabric! She has many more fabulous patterns – check them out!
Handmade wooden quilt block uniquely stained and painted from various re-purposed wood pieces. The natural color variations, grain patterns of the wood, holes and scratches, along with our own artistic touches, make each piece a one-of-a-kind work of art.

Great hung on a wall, perfect sitting on a flat surface! This block was commissioned for and based on Laugh Yourself Into Stitches – Redwing Blackbird quilting pattern! I created it for Karen Walker (designer) and she graciously said I can share it with you all!
